Conan O’Brien was a tad bit uncomfortable with Ludacris‘ sexual innuendos Wednesday night while his “Conan” guest was describing the message of his new hit single, “Vitamin D.”

“A lot of women out here, they’re missing a lot of key nutrients in their life. I just want them to stay very healthy,” the rapper said in the interview (above). “So they need the proper dose of vitamin D every day. You know what I mean?”

“You get it from sunshine, and the crazy thing is, in order to get the proper dose of vitamin D, you have to have 10 minutes on the front, then you gotta flip over and get 10 minutes on the back,” he added, eliciting a groan from the audience. “Hey, I’m not lying. You can look this up.”

Conan stared at the hip-hop star with a healthy dose of skepticism.

“You’re either doing a great public service announcement right now or you’re a disgusting person,” the late-night comedian said.

“I’d like to think that I’m somewhere right in between with those things,” Ludacris said.

“Vitamin D” is the hip-hop star’s first track since 2014, and come just before the release of his next big movie, “The Fate of the Furious,” which roars into theaters on Friday with mostly positive reviews.

Meanwhile, Ludacris has been getting a lot of attention for fake CGI abs he sports in the music video for his new song. Some fans were confused by the exaggerated muscles, but the rapper again emphasized again Wednesday it was meant to look ridiculous.

“Did you think you were going to get away with that?” Conan asked.

“I knew 100 percent I would, because this is typical Ludacris behavior. If anyone has ever seen any of my videos, this is 100 percent meant to be,” he said. “‘Ludacris’ means beyond crazy, wild, ridiculous — this is all meant to be, so I’m giving people great entertainment.”
