Manchester City are only willing to negotiate cash offers for outcast Joe Hart and will therefore reject Torino’s approach for a second loan this summer, according to the Daily Mail.

City are believed to be keen to recoup around £15m for the goalkeeper, who is a certainty to leave the Etihad Stadium at the end of the current campaign.

ARSENAL SET FOR £200M OVERHAUL
